Shipping Policy

All orders are fulfilled by Plaza Shoe Store Inc located in Springfield MO. We only ship to the continental United States, Alaska, and Hawaii. Unfortunately, we do not offer international shipping at this time.

All orders of $90 or more will receive free shipping to anywhere in the United States. All other orders will ship to anywhere in the Unites States for a flat rate of $7.99.

All orders will ship by USPS Priority mail. If you have a preference please note that on your order.

We ship products within 1-2 business days after the order is placed. Although we will do our best to get these items out as soon as we can, we do not take responsibility for any delays in shipping once items are scheduled to leave our facility.

Shipping times will vary based upon your location. You can check the status of your order here. Most orders shipped USPS Priority mail will deliver in 2-3 business days. You will receive an email confirmation when your order ships.

We do not ship to any secondary addresses.

Please note: All shipping costs are non-refundable.

Package Theft: Due to potential fraud Plaza Shoe Store will not reimburse or replace items stolen or lost after marked "DELIVERED" by USPS. It is the buyers responsibility to ensure security at the shipping destination. If you need additional measures taken to ensure your package arrives safely please contact us at customerservice@plazashoestore.com before completing your order. 


Local Pickup

If you opt for “Local Pickup” instead of either shipping method you must bring in a printed email receipt of the original order within 30 days of the transaction.
